These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk92 ("pk92", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of pk92.bet. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the pk92 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in betting markets, casino games, slot games, promotional offers, and all other services provided by pk92.

pk92 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence). Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by pk92 may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Where pk92 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements above, pk92 may suspend or permanently close the account and void any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility.

To access real-money gaming on pk92, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly by contacting pk92 support.

• Only one pk92 account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your pk92 login credentials must not be disclosed to any third party.
• pk92 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts identified through automated or manual review.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk92 support immediately.

pk92 completes identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. pk92 may also request additional documentation in accordance with its AML obligations.

All financial transactions on pk92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk92 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit/Credit Card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk92 account upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. pk92 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same pk92 account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.

• pk92 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• pk92 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's own bank or payment provider once funds have been released by pk92.

pk92 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account before processing a withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Players are obligated to cooperate fully with such requests.

pk92 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pk92 bonuses:

All bets placed on pk92 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the matters they cover.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk92 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error). In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability; pk92 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to technical interruption.

Casino & Slot Games: All pk92 casino and slot games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

• pk92 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where system errors, software malfunctions, or data feed failures have materially affected the outcome.

pk92 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or close accounts where betting patterns are identified that are inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour. This is a standard industry practice and is exercised at pk92's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk92. You agree not to engage in any of the following, directly or through any third party:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pk92 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pk92 platform or its games for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using pk92 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

Where violations are identified, pk92 will take appropriate action, which may include immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Use pk92's trademarks or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of pk92.bet, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical failure.

pk92 does not warrant that pk92.bet will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk92 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

• pk92 is not responsible for any losses arising from the player's failure to log out of their account on a shared device.
• pk92 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside of its reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, ISP failures, or force majeure events.
• pk92's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk92 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using pk92, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk92 is committed to protecting player data and complies with applicable data protection legislation. Player data is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the pk92 platform, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and providing customer support.

pk92 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) strictly for the purposes of delivering pk92's services to you. You agree that any claim against pk92 must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will not be entertained.
